Description:

This internship is part of the Professional Internship Program. To be eligibile for the program you must:

  • Be enrolled as an SUU student during the course of the internship.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Be willing to work 10 to 20 hours per week.
  • Provide thoughtful responses in your application.

The Event Internship will be responsible for assisting the VR/AR director by:

  • Working with designers to configure what is needed for marketing promotions.
  • Assist in agenda for event and floor plans .
  • Assist in procuring sponsorships .
  • Promoting Event on campus, community, and region.
  • Organize communication with presenters, keynotes, and vendors.
  • Create and add social media content to platforms.
  • Attend meetings and compile notes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be reliable and on time.
  • Has a strong interest in VR/AR/MR.
  • Is personable and flexible/adaptable to changing scenarios.
  • Organized.
  • High interest in event planning and marketing.
